DALLY, Commissioner. This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of endless chain scheme, a violation of V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Section 32.48; the punishment is incarceration in the county jail for 90 days and a fine of $1,000, probated. The sole ground of error is that the trial court erred in refusing to grant the motion to quash the indictment. In his motion to quash the indictment the appellant urged that it failed to allege with reasonable certainty the act or acts relied on to constitute recklessness. He continues this argument on appeal.
